Thank you for your order

Your order will take about 2-3 business weeks, on average to arrive in your care. External factors may change this and can result in longer processing times. When you place an order with Adhoksaja Entertainment Inc., it is shipped by the Canada Post Corporation to arrive to you as soon as possible.

Payment methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover branded Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Prepaid Gift Cards. We also accept AliPay, for users located within China.

Data Sharing

When you make a purchase, we share data according to our privacy policy, available here.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to provide refunds on Physical Media, such as CDs or Vinyl Records or Digital Downloads.

On physical merchandise, such as clothing, we are only able to provide exchanges for the same item in the event of workmanship defects in the product. For assistance with this, please contact adhoksaja@gmail.com.
We are not able to offer exchanges due to products that don’t fit.

Digital downloads

For products that include digital downloads, a license to download that product for personal, home use only  will be credited to your account. This content is licensed not sold, for personal enjoyment only and may not be sold, monetized, or otherwise used for the purpose of profit without a written license agreement from Adhoksaja Entertainment Inc. Your account is permitted to download content 5 times, or for 180 days from your date of initial purchase, whichever comes first. Content is delivered in a ZIP file, containing MP3 files for your enjoyment. These can be added to any devices supporting the format. We are unable to assist with purchases of Content on iTunes, Google Play Music, or any other digital storefront other than content purchased and hosted directly on Adhoksaja.com.
